Yes you can apply, however, all the approved items must be delivered, used and remain within the SERZ area.

No. The items being imported should be cleared through the islands of Abaco and Grand Bahama and remain within the zone. If they are removed all applicable taxes become due.

Yes you are eligible, however, you must provide proof of evidence of residency or planned eligible activity within the SERZ area and present a government issued ID, be tax compliant and meet other stated criteria.

Islands affected by Hurricane Dorian: The Abacos and Grand Bahama Islands. If you were not a resident of one of those Islands during Hurricane Dorian, you are not eligible to apply.
