No. All items received under exemptions granted should be used for the location stated on the application.

If your application is successful you will receive a certificate of trade or a certificate of development which is valid for one year.

The certificate of trade or certificate of development is valid for one year. However, it can be renewed based on the discretion of the Minister with oversight for the exemption.

Yes, you may still apply. The owner of the property must give written confirmation that you are allowed to make renovations to their property. Additionally, the owner will be required to provide a conveyance or proof of entitlement along with valid government-issued identification.
