No. The exemption is for approved first-time Government service lot applicants only.

Yes. Joint ownership is permissible once all criteria are met.

No, the program is for first time home-owners only.

No, once the items are verified for use in the home.

No. However, the value of the furniture and appliances must be consistent with the number of rooms in the house and their intended purposes.

Only items that are related to the building and outfitting of the house will be permitted.

You will be notified after the review and selection process is complete by email.

The dwelling home shall be completed and furnished within a period of two years from the date of the approval by the Minister and Occupancy certificate received from the Ministry of Public Works.
