Frequently Asked Questions

An immediate members of a family, i.e. mother, father, husband/wife, children, sister, brother and grandmother.
No eligibility for deed deployed requested services.

Applicant must provide proof of their relationship to the sibling for which a request is being made.

A search is conducted to prove the identity of the applicant and once same is confirmed the applicant is then given a payment slip to proceed to the Cashier.

The Applicant then provides the Clerk with the payment slip and is given the requested certified document, be it birth, death or marriage certificate.

This applies for all requested documents.

Add Deeds services process based on it is now online.

Fill out the application form of the required services.
Application for Birth Death, or Marriage Certificate.
Add form for Deeds services if still in use.

Once steps are followed a valid Government issued ID is required.
Add supporting documents for deeds deployed requested services

Two business days. Deeds deployed requested services the process is completed in one day.

There are no deadlines associated with the process for any of the deployed requested services.
