Employers wishing to hire non-Bahamians must seek approval to do do from the Department of Labour.

The Vacancy Notice Application is a service that allow individuals, businesses/companies to apply and pay for the processing and management of Vacancy NOtice applications throughout the Bahamas.

Supporting Documents:

  • Copy of newspaper advertisement for the vacancy.
  • Ad payment receipt.
  • Passport or Permanent Resident Certificate.
  • Business Licence where applicable.
  • Application fee.

Processing Fees:

New Application: $50.00 
Renewal Application: $50.00
